What conditions DON’T qualify for the Rhode Island Medical Marijuana Program?
The following do not qualify under the Medical Marijuana Program:
- Asthma
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Bipolar disorder
- Self-limiting conditions such as: Ordinary sprain/strain, acute nausea, and acute pain.
Note: The Department of Health may inform you about other qualifying conditions and non-qualifying conditions.
